It all begins with an idea.

Now in case you’re wondering who we are, let me give you a quick backstory!

So there is Gloria aka Mama Colombia and there is me, Andrea self proclaimed Worst Latina Ever and we are the co-founders of The Spanish Studio.

We are travel buddies, animal lovers, and a mother-daughter duo. I spend most of my days babysitting fur babies and ordering takeout as I hate cooking, while Mama Colombia runs her own company between binge-watching Netflix, teaching Spanish, and taking care of my dad.

Hey don’t worry – We are not easily offended, it’s a totally reasonable question! Mama Colombia is a Grammar whiz and boss lady and she taught me in my adult years to finally pick up Spanish and learn it for good. She teaches in a way that makes it simple for everyone to understand, gives fun and easy conversation hacks and if you come over, she will teach you while cooking up a Colombian storm in the kitchen.

In no time her students can start speaking English or Spanish holding simple and easy conversations with each other and traveling overseas with complete confidence.

We are here to bring you the BEST tips, tricks, and tools that I have to make sure that YOU get the most amazing results in your Spanish or English lessons.
